Ted Sargent - author of 'The Dance of Molecules'

Ted Sargent holds the rank of Professor at the University of Toronto. In 2004-6 he was also Visiting Professor of Nanotechnology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto since 1998. In 2005, Scientific American Magazine named him to its Scientific American 50 list for his contributions to infrared solar cells. In 2003 he was named "one of the world's top young innovators" by MIT's Technology Review Magazine.
